Infant Having Blood Mixed Nasal Mucus. No Fever. Should I Be Worried?

hi my little girl is 13 months old and I noticed a tinny amount of dried and wet blood in her nasal mucus , should I worry about this? I have only noticed it today and she was a little bunged up this morning - but I put that down to pollen as she has no fever or anything and isn t off her food.. she has started walking recenlty and I did notice it after she fell over..
