Infant With Dry Cough, Congested, No Fever. Serious?

My son is 10weeks old he has a dry cough very congested not sneezing too much and he has had no fever. I ve tried the bulb syringe and nasal spray and humidifier but he still seems miserable. He still has a appetite just not as much as he used to have. Do you think it s a cold or something more serious?his cough is dry not wet but he keeps grunting
