Indigestion, GI Tract Issues. Blood Work, ECG Normal. Gall Bladder Surgery Scheduled. Treatment?

I m 42 having GI track issues went to er for severe indigestion discomfort they did ECG came out fine bloodwork they say was normal but I noticed my tropomin level was .10 He said it was normal range but research I ve done has alarmed me should I be concerned ? How can I lower this? I will take results to my primary in 2 weeks when I see her I m having surgery in 2 days to get gallbladder removed

normal value of troponin is 0 to 0.1
it may be raised due to acute MI or unstable angina(ischemic heart disease).
it is usually significant when correlated with clinical features or ECG changes.
your troponin level is only upper limit without any significant clinical features or ECG changes.
so it is very unlikely to have ischemic disease.
