General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi ! Some information on the investigations done till date would have been helpful. If no investigations have been done till now, I would suggest you to go for basic blood tests like CBC, ESR , serum Vit D3 and calcium estimation, and an x-ray of the thigh. If nothing is conclusive, then an MRI of the lumbo-sacral region may be helpful. However, you should consult either a rheumatologist or a orthopedician before going for all these tests.
Wishing you an early recovery.
