I'm Recently Stopped Taking Methadone. I Started Taking It Because

I'm recently stopped taking methadone. I started taking it because I was injured and my doctor wanted me to see a specialist and wouldn't give me any more pain medication. Problem is, I don't have health insurance, so I was told about the methadone clinic. I hate it. My highest dose was 90. I weaned down to 25mg and then quit. Today is day #14 of my sobriety, which I'm so proud of. Problem is, I can't sleep. Literally I've slept maybe an hour a night, broken up into 10 min here, 15 Min there. My legs and arms are continually 'jumpy', tingly, etc. I also injured my foot which is causing me more pain. Is this normal? What should/ could I do?
