I'm 38. My last period was April 14th. On April 28, 30th I spotted. My first time ever spotting between periods. On May 3rd I spotted again. Yesterday the 4th and today I had stabbing sensation in my vagina. Took a pregnancy test yesterday it was negative. My period is due May 12th. I also have pain and swelling left side pelvic area. Nausea and fatigue present. What is going on? Is this signs of menapause. Worried.
