IS It Normal To Develop Fold Over Penis Head After Weight Gain?
48 white male very over weight 355 lbs 5'11" as i gained weight slowlyh the skin of my penis started to envelop or fold over the head for a while i would pull it back like you would a foreskin but now i cant even expose the head any more i am circumsized I am considering weigbht loss surgery would this help or is it too late
