Hi ! Many times undiagnosed amebiasis is a common cause of such distressing symptoms. I would advise you to go for a routine stool test for ova and cyst, and if positive, discuss with your family physician for a course of anti amebic which will relieve your symptoms. Some physician prescribe anti amebic drugs even when the stool test report is negative with dramatic results. Apart from this, I would suggest you to take some kind of probiotic in your diet regularly along with lots of vegetables and enough of liquids. Also go for regular exercises within your own limits. If you take all these precautions, then I am hopeful that it won't get worse as you age. Thank you and good luck.

Homeopath Dr. Mungara Raveendra's  Response
hi i had gone through your query and understand your concerns.

IBS often has been thought to be caused by an emotional conflict or stress. While stress may worsen IBS symptoms.

management include;

For many people, eating a proper diet may lessens IBS symptoms.

Dietary fibre may lessen IBS symptoms in many cases; Whole grain breads and cereals, beans, fruits, and vegetables are good sources of fibre. High-fibre diets keep the colon mildly distended, which may help to prevent spasms from developing.

treatment plan;

i advise you taking Homeopathic medicines gives safe and permanent cure for your complaints.

i see similar cases among people esp young people with the symptoms of IBS.

Usually in such cases I will give treatment for my patients in the following manner....NUX VOMICA 1M and COLOCYNTH 1M four times per day alternatively/week then report.

consult your local homeopathic physician for correct diagnosis of the case and remedy to fit your complaints. or mail me at drravib4u@yahoo.co.in

I hope this is helpful for you, thank you
