I was treated for ectopic pregnancy with mtx shots on 4th Jan 2016. I started bleeding on 12th Jan and it lasted for a week. I got my first period after mtx on 8th Feb which was not that painful, it was alright. 10 days approx. my period i could feel the ovulation pain on my left side, I was not sure about what it was only till I got my period as then i could calculate that it was ovulation pain. I learnt from various sources that your body starts feeling normal after you have your first period after mtx but I don't feel entirely normal as sometimes i feel a stretching discomfort on the left side. I am going to be ovulating in a week and i am already starting to feel a very light cramp/discomfort on the left side. Is this normal to feel this discomfort week before ovulation.
How soon after mtx shots you start to feel normal? I was told to wait for 3 months before start trying again. Should I wait longer if i still feel ovulation pain after my 2nd period?
