I was sitting down on the floor when a hard oblect ( my hairbrush) was thrown pretty hard and hit me right on the outside of my right ankle. It being it was very stinging pain at first but assuming it would just leave my foot brused and a bit painful for a couple of days i took som IBU's id be ok ... so days later it seemed to be ok and not too painful to wear my shoes laced up and walked around like a normal day and it was when i took off my shoes for bed my foot felt a little swollen and made it harder to sleep with the pain getting worse threw the night and that following day it was so painful to walk, or even touching it was very painful lasting all night and getting more and more swollen!!!, Its now all completley swollen and hurts like hell, now with a sharper pain throughout the entire foot now leaving it impossible to walk o messaged r get into any comfortable position because of the swelling pain what do i do to get back on my feet and ease the pain as well?
