Hit Right Knee, Pain And Hard To Bend. Stiffness When Sitting.

Last friday i knelt down on the floor on right knee which made a loud pop on lateral aspect of knee. No pain until next day. The pain is on the lateral side of knee on the joint and at the back of the knee making it hard to bend the knee and kneel down on the right knee. Ok when i walk, although stiff if sitting to long or go for a long walk and sometimes aches.

sounds like you may have sustained a lateral meniscal tear. the pain is likely because of an effusion i.e. fluid in the knee joint which is often felt more keenly behind the knee.
