I want to lower ESR. how to lower it without taking pills but by concentrating on diet ?
hai I am 30 yr old lady I recently got tested my blood & came to know that my ESR(wintrobe) is 30. I want to know that is it danger & how to lower it without taking pills but by concentrating on diet ?
Its Ok for women to have that ESR value especially at the time of menstruation. There is no danger with that ESR value. Have high fibre diet, eat fresh fruits, vegetables and exercise regularly. Hope that answers the question
