I am writing advice for dandruff. Please let me know about skin problem as well (kansalnaveen@gmail.com).
1) Use a medicated anti-dandruff shampoo [like, Scalpe, Phytoral, 8x] 3-4 times a week to keep your scalp clean.
2) Massage your scalp with plain coconut or olive oil regularly.
3) Get your Hb tested-- if anaemic, please start iron tablets & take a nutritious diet.
4) For improving growth of your hair, Tab. biotin 10 mg once a day.
