I Suffer With GORD (have Done For Years), Have A

I suffer with GORD (have done for years), have a hiatus hernia and oesophageal dismotility. I take omeprazole and Gaviscon on a regular basis. Although I suffer from ischaemic heart disease, the Cardiac Consultant assures me my heart is OK and breathing tests show all is OK. I do have what I assume is a reflux cough but am more concerned about my breathlessness. This morning, after eating a moderately small amount, I became quite breathless and felt as though I was choking - also had a pocket of wind which I could not clear for some time.
