I stepped on a large piece of glass and it punctured my foot below my 3rd and 4th toes; on the pad area. I went to urgent care, they X-rayed it said there was no remaining glass and gave me a tetanus shot. This was 3 days ago. My foot is now purple on the bottom and the 3rd toe is purple underneath and tender to walk. Should I go to back to the dr or is this just normal recovery. Thank you
