I really need help on loosing weight?! I've been dieting for a while now, eating lots of fruits, drinkin really low calorie lemonade. for lunch I usally have an apple a little bit of peanut butter. grapes, a bascoti, tangerine, Gronola bar. breakfast a banana! and whatever my parents make for dinner which is always healthy. am I doing it right? I am 14. I'm about 5'4 weigh about 220.. I hate it plus I have a physical Thursday, and I hate physicals cause my weight..
