First of all you should make up your mind to loose weight.
As you are in growing age you need vitamins
& minerals for metabolism
So don't go for severe dieting.
Just take healthy vitamin rich diet.take more fibers in the form of vegetables in diet.
Avoid junk foods.
Cut your calorie by avoiding sugar ,avoid cold
drinks ice cream cheeze etc in diet.
Don't put any unnecessary food in mouth for pleasure.
