Hi well come to HCM.
It may or may not be very serious. Conditions like migrain. malaria, enteric fever, uti,
sver siusitis are associated with severe headache but not very much serious. ANY
infection in relation to brainlike encephalitis, meningitis, cerebral malaria etc are serious.
headache in relation to any tumour related to brain is always serious. Seriousness of
headache will depend on the condition causing it and not the severity. Thanks
