I Have Lower Back Pain And Lower Abdomen Pain With Heart Burn.

i have lower back pain and lower abdomen pain near my ovaries my last period was 4/2/2010 and i am about 2 weeks late i have taken home test and they were negative the pain come and goes but it hurts like someone jumped on me i have heart burn and i have been getting bloody noses the last few days and i have never gotten them before

Please get full investigations done like USG and blood profile done.
Also consult a gynaecologist if pain persists.
Only then a diagnosis can be made.
