I Have Headache And Chest Pain With Confused Blood Tests. Why Is It ?

Yes have a question was in E.R. last night for chest pain dizzness and headaches. They run alot of test took alot of blood and 1 test came back postive for a possible blood clot. Then they rub more test and then they said I dont have a blood clot. But what would make it say postive the 1st time

There are chances of wrong readings by the instrument they perform the test or misinterpretation by the technician. And, they hence confirm this with other tests.
