I Have Had A Constant Dull Ache In My Lower Abdomen & Sharp Pains In The Back Of My Head. What Should I Do ?

I have had a constant dull ache in my lower abdomen for over 6 hours now, i have had sharp pains in the back of my head , vomitted twice and every now and then i get stabbing pains in my lower abdomen that bring tears to my eyes. It started on the left but now its moved over underneath my belly button, i cant seem to shake it off, ive had paracetmol, what should i do ?

it may be due to food poising so paracetamol subsides the pain take domstal to control vomiting s to control infection in the abdomen take amox 500mg twice a day for 5 days.
