I Have Had A Chest Pain On My Left Side, Please Help
I m 15 and I m had a chest pain on my left side then it went away but now I m all nervous and acared because my back feels numb. No more pain but I don t know if it s my anxiety or if I should be worried. I just had a check up with the doctor . My heart pulse is fine and everything. I suffer from anxiety attacks so I was thinking that it might just be my mind making it up becaue it s happened before. The only reason that I m worried is because I haven t been eating very well for a while now due to some stress issues. Are the warnings of heart attacks very noticeable ? How long do they last until you get one ? Should I even be worried ?
I have panic attacks myself and also think I'm having a heart attack at times. If your doctor has ruled out any issues, you are probably okay. I have learned to focus my attention on other things and not on the way I feel, it makes it go away. Go pick an arguement with someone and watch how quick your symptoms go away, it's amazing. It's called redirecting your thinking. Go turn on SUPER cold water and jump in the shower, your symtoms will ease. When you focus your attention on something else, you forget about your back feeling numb or your heart beating to fast or your fingers tingling. Try it.
