I Have Had Sharp Pain Lower Left Abdomen
I have had a reoccurring sharp pain in my lower left abdominal area for about 10 days. When i don't have a sharp pain, the area is very tender and it's an uncomfortable feeling. I would appreciate if someone could give me some input. Thank you.

The common cause of pain in left lower abdomen in females can be pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) which can result from recurrent infection in the vaginal tract.Other causes can be a calculi;inflammation of large intestine also.Since it is tender also please get examined by a doctor and even get a ultrasound done to find the reason of pain.With the report consult the doctor and he/she will treat you with the needed antibiotics.
