I have fibromyelgia, weight 300 pounds, sleep apnea (do not use mask it suffocates me, osteoarthritis, asthma, upper respiratory problems, Disabled by the state for, fibro, diagnosed High Anxiety and Major depression. I have control issues and anger issues. I lost my husband in a house fire in 2001....now I have just gone downhill since then. I cannot seem yo be able to handle things? Please help
