I have difficulty with synthroid increases Currently, my tsh level is 7.5 and my t4 level is 22. I have been on the same dose of synthroid for a few months. I had radioactive iodine treatment about seven years ago. Over this time it has been a struggle to try to keep my tsh level anywhere near normal. Initial dose was 25 and is now 100. Any time my t4 goes over 17 or 18, I feel like I've gone hyperactive again. What are my options?
