I Have Been To Two Doctors, And They Tell Me

I have been to two doctors, and they tell me its nothing to worry about, but I am only 52.
I have short term memory loss that is affecting my job performance. I have tingly hands and feel. I feel tired and fatigued and find myself drinking more coffee to keep going. I also get dizzy and at times loss of balance. shortness of breath.
I exercise 3 times a week, and I have always been very healthy. I used to be a runner until this shortness of breath has turned me into a walker. This has been going on for two years now.
My main concern is this memory loss. I forget how to drive to familiar places, I forget whole conversations. I cant remember names or details of things I hear or read.
