hiiiiiii sir, i am mohd. rizwan..... i am surfing from disk problem.... i have seen all famous doctors such as Spine injury center, Puspanjali hospital etc...but all doctors said to me , do exercise , so i am doing exercise last two year.......problem L3/L4 mild moderate compressor so plz tell me what should i do

Your doctors are giving you correct advise and they are trying to avoid unnecessary
surgery.they have given you ethical advise.I understand your problem and suffering
does not mean we have to give you some aggresive advice. The process is slow
But you should not given up hopes and strictly follow their advice, you will get better

hi,thanks for query.You have not mentioned you age.When all the doctors are conservative means not advising from operation ,there is no need to worry.Exercise is important as this strengthen you back muscles and helps in relieving pain and suffering.You need to judicious in to this and if needed you can seek professional help.
