I have been experiencing bloating in my stomach after I eat

So for the past Six months I ve been experiencing bloating in my stomach after I feels like there s a basketball in my stomach..sometimes ill throw up..other times especially at work I end up doubled over..I also experience dizziness headaches im always tired..and its not consistent at all I never know when it will happen so I can t determine if its something im eating or if its just me. Heat is a trigger sometimes I think. But im starting to get very concerned...and I hate hate going to the doctor so anything you can tell me would be greatly appreciated. Btw I also have back pain ...and I ve lost alot of weight about thirty 5 6 I uses to weigh about 150 now im down to 123

plz let me know your exact age and any proble of constpation, it looks like heartburn problem ,let do your blood test for h.pylori igG AND let me know and take fluid before and in between meal and not after meal and avoid spicy food and take a glass of milk at bed time.
