I Have A Small Bump On My Penis. What Could Be The Reason?

Hi Im15 and my penis has small bumps (a bit like pimples ) all over it and i can t pull my foreskin back fully. It is attached to the penis on one side. Is this bad?

this is called as paraphimosis & please dont try to pull it back forcefully if u cannot do it easily. approach to a doctor preferably a pediatric surgeon or any surgeon as soon as you can else it might swell up and be more troublesome.

I Looked Up This Condition On The Internet And It Looks Nothing Like What Is Happening To My Penis. A Doctor On Another Site Said What Has Happened To My Penis Is Common With Boys My Age And Said I Should Just Make Sure To Pull My Foreskin Back Regularly And I Would Be Fine
