To reduce wt atleast you have to concentrate on diet and exercise. Replace your
diet with low kalori food. Green leafy vegetables and salad should be major portion
of food. Fruits you take should not contain much calori ie Apple, Papita, watermelon
etc.Should take high fibre diet. And should burn your calori intake by doing exercise.
Atleast walking for 45to 60 minites or swimming or cycling skipping etc will help you.
