I Have A Red Smooth Rash On My Penis

Hi i . have a red smooth rash on my penis.It is about 1/2 inch diam, and about 1/2 inch back from the head .I am uncircumcised and it has now moved on the penis head where the forskin folds onto it.It does not itch , but i took a shower and it now burns , as if the skin has gone..can you help.?

Red rash on coronal sulcus and glans penis is mostly due to infection of glans penis as a result of unprotected and dry vigorous sex.

It is likely to be due to allergic reaction to vaginal secretion of female partner..

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.

Ask your female partner to get examined by qualified Gynecologist and take necessary treatment.
