I Have A Patient With Continued Crackles Bilateral Posterior Lobes

I have a patient with continued crackles bilateral posterior lobes and right middle lobe. Last chest xray showed pneumonia and she was treated with Levaquin. although better in regards to cough, lungs sounds have not improved. chest xray today reports faint right perihilar opacities present and bronchovascular crowding or atelectasis. She is now receiving duonebs three times daily. any further recommendations?
