I Have A Painfull Tummy All The Time, What Could Be The Reason ?
I HAVE A PAINFULL BLOATED TUMMY ALL THE TIME I HAVE NO IDEA WHY BUT IT IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE PLEASE HELP I have a bloated painfull tummy all the time, even if i havent eaten. The pain is like a period pain, feels deep inside, sometimes I am not sure if the pain in my tummy or my lower back area. I do suffer from IBS but have never had a tummy like this before. Please help?

I would like to suggest you to go through proper examination.
stomach pain can be due to any infection, inflamation , hernia or whatever.
Unless diagnosed, treatment assurity remains uncertain.
Check as soon as possible.
Till the time; preffer small freq. meals.
Avoid more spicy food.
