I Have A New ALT Test Result Of 56 U/L.

I have a new ALT test result of 56 U/L. I drink about 2 glasses of wine weekly. I used to take 3 to 4 grams of Tylenol daily, but stopped that a few months ago because I resolved the cause of the back pain. Now I just take 500 mg every other day or so. I take many other medications daily. Usually when I have an issue with my health, it's due to side effects from the meds I take. My doctor said I should re-test in 4-6 weeks. What could be causing this test result? -Carol
