Welcome to HCm.
At this age it is less likely of cardiac pain.According to your history it seems to be muscular pain.try to avoid heavy weight lifting, stress. If it is recurrent than go for routine investigations,S.B12,Calcium,Thyroid,Sugar.

General & Family Physician Dr. Akshith's  Response
thanks for the query,
what you are describing is typical feature of pleurisy or inflammation of the covering of lung which causes shooting pain whenever you breathe as the inflammation of the pleurae leads to pain especially the parietal pleura, i would suggest u to get a chest x ray done and consult a doctor and start treatment.
take care.
