I Had Dark Bleeding. I Have Not Started My Period Now

i had dark bleeding for only a couple hours havent started my period and have pregnancy symptoms but when i took a pregnancy test it came up negative. can i still be pregnant?

Hi.. Pregnancy test both urine and blood  are not confirmatory in diagnosing pregnancy.. So if you have symptoms of pregnancy you still may be pregnant.. You may have to repeat the test , You can alternatively, get a vaginal ultrasound which is more confirmatory in diagnosing pregnancy...
