I Had A Miscarrage At The Beginning Of The Year

I had a miscarrage at the beginning of the year and had a dnc. After surgery I began having sever pain in my shoulders and under my right rib cage. Felt like some stabbing me for a few seconds and I couldn't move otherwise the pain was brought on. I was told that blood went into my abdomen and I would be staying a few days to make sure the pain went away. Sure enough after a day or two it subsided.
After that about a week later I began having extreme pain and the bleeding started again. I went back and found out I had retained tissue. I choose the misposal pills instead of another dnc.
I ended up going back to the er as I was soaking pads every half hour. Extreme pain. At the hospital they said I had passed everything.
Over the next while my periods were not normal. A few months later I went back having extreme pain on my right side and lower back. I found out I had a ovarian torsion and still retained tissue. I had emergency surgery.
Now months later I am having pain in my tailbone back and right hip pain again. Also two weeks ago during my period I had spasms under my rib again and up my shoulder/neck. Please help me..I don't want to go back to the ER if I don't have to. I also suffer from IBS.
