I had a hysteroscopy done a four years ago and my doctor said that I have a second cavity...whatever that means? Which uterine abnormality would that be. Also, I have a retroflexed uterus that is often larger than it should be. I've had two kids and this second cavity wasn't noted then. I also bleed extremely heavy. I've had to have a blood transfusion after taking some hormones (called a chemical D&C) to try and clean out my lining. My periods are far and few between and often I won't have one in a whole year if I don't use the nuva ring to regulate it. I have painful horrible cramps and have passed on several occasions large fist like objects that resemble what I found online to be called decidual casts, although the bleeding continues after this passes and my periods can often last longer than ten days. Sometimes I spot between periods and for years I have noticed that clumps of blood come out when I pee. The stream isn't red, there is just a clump of blood seen in the toilet. Usually when I go get a UA done, they think I have a UTI because of this as the WBC gets picked up, but nothing grows on culture. Is this blood in my urine related to some kind of abnormality with my reproductive problems? Do my issues make sense with having an uterine abnormality. What is wrong with me?
