I Got A Continuously Have Had A Bad Cold.

After so much mucus build up in my throat I felt the need to spit it out. When I did there was a few blobs of blood on it. I am if it could have anything with the concussioin I got or is it just a sore throat from the cold. I got a consussion almost a week ago and have had a bad cold for 5 days now.

Effect of any injury will be evident fast,not after a week.In your case the problem seems to be because of sore throat.Forceful blowing can also lead to this.Avoid cold drinks,hot fried foods.Take soothing liquids ,drink plenty of liquids,have soft diet.take medicines for cold and throat pain.
