I get really tired when i am at work

I am 28. i get really tired when i am at work. i work in an office and I m usually at the computer. I do not take any vitamins . May this be the cause of my weakness/tired

Hi well come to HCM.
In your case it is not physical but mental fatigue which is reflected on your body.Vitamin
suppliment will not help you much as this is not due to defficincy only change in working
pattern will help you.Any work requiring constant concentration always reflects in form
of fatigue.Interuption and break in between your work will help you instead of working
constantly.Do some exercise to get additional benefit.Recreation in between by your
liking activity as well will also help you. Thanks
