I Get Ache Under Lower Left Rib Cage Only At Night
Hi, I m a 53 year old female 5 6, 160 lb. no health problems on no medications. I get an ache under my lower left rib cage, it only happens at night and wakes me from my sleep, it dose seem to go away if i roll over on my right side. this ache happens may be one to two times a week.

May be it is Costochondritis which is the Inflammation of the of the ribs' junction to the breastbone. You may want to get yourself examined by a Orthopedist to rule out the exact cause as you will need medications. Apply heat pads regularly and do not sleep on this side of your Body.
