I Feel Sharp Pains On Both Side Of My Head

I fell the other day adn hit the back. The next night I began to feel sharp pains on both side of my head. (in the back of my head) I feel disoriented at times, shortness of breath, dizzy and lightheadedness. Im curious if this is common to have headaches after somthing like this or if this is something really serious?

I would like to know few more things to answer you better.

1. Did you experience this pain before? Or this started all of sudden after the injury over your back.

2. Is there any associated pain in your back?

3. Which part of back you received the impact, was it upper back or lower back?

Sudden sharp pain the head after an injury needs evaluation.

This pain could be due to un-noticed head injury happened at the same time of back injury.

I would suggest you to consult your physician for detailed physical examination.

You may need CT scan of brain also to rule out the other possibilities.

any history of long term insomnia?
u feel long time depression before in history?
your age?
this type of problem may occurs sometimes by daily mental hard work .and this type of pain may associated with vaat- pitt vikar[ as ayurveda] it can imbalance in our neurotransmitter
dear patient don't worry about any type of migraine or headache.

dont take more pain killer for pain . from how long time you are suffering from pain? and your weight? to see that first if have you constipation so cure it first .
