How To Treat Sharp Pains Right Below The Rib Cage ?

I have sharp needle pains right below rib cage. Also get sharp sudden pains on both right side and left . More on the right side. Have not been able to eat like normal . Getting nausea and feel like i am full after just a couple of bites of food . What could it be

Hi thanks for asking question.
Here are few possibility.
1.First if cough and fever present respiratory cause has to be ruled out like bronchitis or pneumonitis by chest x ray.
Antibiotic might needed.
2.Second it could be as part of viral respiratory infection like rhinitis or sore throat.symptomatic management done with more water and fruits.
3.Third your pain could be reffered pain by acid reflux or ulcer like stomach condition.
Take omeprazole for few days for treating it.
4.Fourth it could be muscular strain related pain.analgesic is helpful.
If still cause not clear pulmonary function test or bronchoscopy may needed.
