welcome to healthcaremagic
in early pregnancy nasea and vomiting are associated features and some times it may be disturbing
in your case hot weather caused depletion of body fluid by dehydration and caused fainting attack and you were thirsty already and the fainting process enhanced the thirst
taking plenty water at a time gave rise to abdominal pain /cramps and you fainted
get a check up with gynecologist and get investigations done specially haemoglobinn level and take care of yourself by adequate nutrition and fluid intake besides medicines
you will be all right

hii welcome to health care magic.faintness and gidiness it because of heat of sun so no need to worry.and for your vomiting it may because you drink plenty of fluid.you need to take rest if possible avoid travelling in first 3 month of pregnancy becuse there are chance of miscarriage more at that time.do check your bp if if on lower side you devloped gidiness.every 3month go to gynec for check up.so no need to worry avoid stress.
thanks

hello mary
thanks for the query.
take COMPLETE rest for about 2 days. do only your mild routine work. your faintness was due to weakness or say much heat, so dont worry about it. next time onwards dont walk for more than 15 to 30 minuts in sun. you n the baby are alright. if there are any signs of discomfort or bleeding then only visit the doc. but i think its not like that. you r fine.
have a healthy n happy life ahead.
