I Experienced A Sudden Onset Of Dizziness, Sweating, Tremors, Loss

I experienced a sudden onset of dizziness, sweating, tremors, loss of conscientious, while trying to make dinner. I was taking two additional drugs (Cyclobenzaprine 10 MG and Prednisone 20 MG) for a back pain.
Daily, I take Glucopage, Nexium, 81 MG aspirin, Zirtec, and vitamin D. I am 70 years old. That evening I fainted, fell on my back on the floor and hit my head very hard. I was admitted to the hospital ER and kept there for approx. 24 hours in the observation unit. I have a history of sweating especially when using minor effort to get dressed. I have discussed this with my Internal Medicine doctor, and he has no answer as why this happens. The tests at the hospital (Echo Cardiogram, CAT scan, and x-rays were inconclusive. Do you have any suggestions as to what caused the tremors (first time) and the sweating (going on for several years)? Also, what could have caused the fainting? I would appreciate any advice or help you can give me.
