What Causes Dizziness, Nausea, Tingling In Cheek And Chin?
sudden onset dizziness, nausea (no vomiting), tingling left cheek and chin, headache (although that came on last night. Taken co-codamol and ibufrofen for headache. History of headache. On amitriptyline for chronic headaches. been feeling like this for 5 mons now, tingling not passing. Nausea slightly better. Still a little dizzy. No other PMH.

As you describe, it appears to be due to the sinusitis, or infection of the internal ear.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
you may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, cifixime, ranitidine, domperidone, cinnerzine, and paracetamol.
