I Am Unable To Lift My Arm Fully After A Fall, Could It Be A Fracture ?

I fell off a dirt bike and took a blow to my left shoulder . I ve got bruising thats white in the middle. Lifting whole arm upwards causes great pain. Is it possible I fractured it? Mrs. J

Pain and restriction of joint movement do warrant an xray to rule out fracture.
The bruising is due to injury of soft tissues .It would be advisable to visit your doctor for examination and investigation to relieve any doubts.
