I Am Suffering From Sevier Pain At Urination. I Am Female 37

Respected doctor , I am suffering from sevier pain at urination,I am female 37,i have taken treatment and all types of primary tests and they show all are very normal, no infection,but there is no cure, I want a right advise for this sevier pain.

Yu will need a urin eculture and sensitivity to see which antibiotic will be the best to treat th einfection as sometimes th einfectious agent grow resistant to the normalyy used antibiotics. Also Do a ultrasound scan to see if any other problem is there that is predisposing to the infection. Get the sugar levels also checked, as sugar patients are known to have repeated infections.

Hi. Also please consult an urologist for a cystoscopy to rule out strictures and other causes. It is essential to establish the diagnosis as this might be aggravated gradually.

will you make it clear whether pain is before passing urine or after passing urine or during the process of voiding urine and is it more pain or burning.What about having any medicines and diabetes.

please check the water u take. what medicine you have taken. please drink 5liters of filter water. if married that is the frequency of sex. the patner should also needed to check. go for USG lower abdomen and if there is resiudal urine ,it may be drained (post void urine).follow and write again for medicine
