I Am Pre-diabetic. Having Pain In Shoulder And Hands. Cracking Sound Comes From Knee While Walking. Any Solution?

am a 51 year old male. 5ft 11in height, 85 kg weight. Of late (around 4 months) i have been having a pain in the shoulders (above the armpits) on both the hands. The pain is more when i twist my hand I am pre-diabetic (HbA1C = 6.5). I have a L4-L5 herniation and another below it. My knees make a creaking noise when i walk or bend.

Hello,

Your shoulder pain any be due to periarthritis shoulder(Frozen shoulder).
If is very common in Diabetics due to uncontrolled blood sugar.
Rest, Physiotherapy and effective control of blood sugar will help reduce pain.
If left untreated may end up in restricted movement of the shoulder.
L4-L5 herniations may cause problems in the low extremities.
AS for as your Knee evaluate for any osteoarthritis of the knee.
