I Am On My Premenstrual Cycle And I Have A Feeling Of Lump In Breast
My wife, age 33 years,60 kgs, having ceasarian and family planning in 3 delyveries, the last chile around 5 years, she was feeded them, presenlty she is feeling a lump in her left breast, during menstruation, its getting pain, after that slightly reducing, what could be the reason. And also she is getting menstruation first and 3 rd lighly and 2nd days heavy, is it normal. please guide us.

e's menstrual pattern is not abnormal so do not worry. She has premenstrual feeling of lump in breast. She should palpate it with her palm as it is well palpable with palm in sitting position. Better to get done evaluation by a gynecologist or a surgeon. It is most likely fibroadenosis of breast but examination is must. If required FNAC(Biopsy) should be done.
